First, never share meeting IDs or passwords with anyone who’s not part of the meeting. Keep a close eye on who’s joining the meeting and don’t let anyone in who isn’t on the list of scheduled participants. Ask everyone to join early, so that by the time the meeting starts, everyone is present who’s supposed to be there, and you can lock the meeting to keep anyone else from joining.
